DELAWARE PHOTOGRAPHIC SOCIETY APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

Applicant should complete top portion of form, attach check for initial dues (payable to Delaware Photographic Society), and mail to the Club Treasurer: Mr. John Blankenbaker, PO Box 120, Chadds Ford, PA 19317.  Dues may also be paid via PayPal on our Dues web page.

Dues for first-year membership are $20 per person. Thereafter, dues are $35 for individuals or $60 for two at the same address. The club year is from July 1 to June 30. New members joining after Feb.1 pay $10.

Upon receipt of the membership application and dues, a new member's packet will be provided and a mentor assigned to help you become acquainted with the club's many activities.
